Parenting Tips : Avoid Comparisons

We see things, and we tend to compare, don’t we?

But when it comes to raising our children, this is something that we parents should remind ourselves to NOT do.

AVOID. COMPARISONS.

Of course this is easier said than done. It’s hard to do in day-to-day living.

But really, let’s be aware of the famous words, ‘Why aren’t you like your brother/sister/cousin/friend?’

Obviously, one child is NOT like his or her brother/sister/cousin/friend.

Such remarks are damaging.
