Making : Banana Muffins. And MORE Banana Muffins!

29 May 2013No Comment

So happy that I’m slowly getting back to baking again!!

Last week, I *finally* brought my old oven back to our little apartment, and it’s now nicely placed on our small kitchen table top.

Yes yes, I know it practically means I have very little space left to even place my cutting board, but hey, I don’t mind at all.

Because, ….

I simply LOVE the aroma at home whenever we’re baking something.

The kids get to be involved in the making too, and they love it!

… this is one of the simplest and fastest muffins to make!

The other day, we baked banana muffins.

Like, lots of them.

We ate and ate, and shared them with the security guards, with our part-time helper, and with our friends too.

I’d say, this is one of the simplest and fastest muffins to make!

(Trust me, I’m a beginner in baking and if I can do it well, YOU definitely can too! =)

I shared the recipe sometime back.

Have fun baking away, everyone! =D
