Together with a few other friends and their kids the four of us went to see the Rainbow Fish at Alliance Francaise Theatre this evening, a story about a pretty yet proud fish who learns about the value of friendship and humility.

This is our very first time watching a musical in a black light theatre - where basically things ‘glow in the dark’ on stage! And, watching their many ’sea creatures’ moving about, singing and ‘flying’ across the stage was a different kind of experience for us! It was really nice!
Anyway, the show is still on till this Sunday, 21 September.
And if you’re going to see it, you may want to bring along your jacket. It’s freezing cold in there! (or perhaps we just happened to sit right under their air-conditioner?)

Siska :
Prices vary from one to another. And sometimes it depends on ‘where’ you’d want to sit
For Thomas Train Live, we went for ‘category 4′ which basically is the ‘lowest’ priced, it’s $25 each (kids 2yo and below is free).
Btw, that’s AFTER 25% discount, and some other fees added to it.
And btw, at that price, the seating is not bad at all! Just not in the first 30 rows or so.. which we don’t mind at all, coz we ‘look down’ towards the stage anyway.
For Rainbow Fish, it’s $16 / person. Not bad I think. Coz can’t afford ‘pricey’ ones too!

Ya really nice!
Unfortunately they don’t allow ANY photography. I thought ‘no flash’ photography is okay, so that shot was my one and only, and seconds later the staff approached me
