Valentine and Liew Yang :

Thanks so much for sharing and letting me know each of your case! Really appreciate it! This way I can ask the doctor too about it.

We went to see the dermatologist this morning, and apparently it's nothing like what we all expected!

I'll share the details on the site for everyone's future reference!

xxx
Leonny

PS: Liew Yang, thanks for dropping your first comment here! Nice to hear from you!

Hi Leonny, Have u checked his bedroom or surrounding? There is a tiny bug called rove bug/beetle (if I am not mistaken) in black and orange stripe that will produce a kind of acidic chemical that will cause the skin burnt and the burn will spread to other part of the body if touched. My eldest son once got it and it caused the back of the ear burnt from a small spot to a big spot! What we do is use a kind of solution given from the dermalogist and clean it daily. It took weeks to recover.

My husband has something like this starting from his teens. all over his leg. Something like a sensitive skin condition and it will worsen when he touched the grass as theres a certain chemical reaction that will cause patches of eczema .
He still has that marking on his leg over his years of playing soccer and golf on the grass.
So skin specialist might be able to find a solution.

Hi there Leonny,
Sandra here - i'm rather new to your blog & like reading it ;)
i think it might be an allergic reaction to the Zam-Buk (which i use to but only for bruises). But u could also check - http://www.drgreene.org/
search under sores & see if any of them match Vai's.
Hope this helps.
